All items are hand made by Kate Sutherland and may differ slightly from the photograph, unless it is a one off piece.
Shipping is express $10 Australia wide. If a purchased item exceeds $500, it will be sent via registered post. Please contact me for specific international shipping requirements.
For exchange or repair, with the exception of faulty items, buyer must assume all responsibility for shipping costs.
Kate Sutherland Jewellery is not responsible for parcels that go missing in the post, and will not replace items that go missing. It is recommended to choose registered post if you are concerned - please do not hesitate to contact me.
Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons I cannot accept returns or exchange of earrings.
If you are not happy with your purchase and would like to exchange your item, this service will be available to you for 14 days from the date of purchase. The item must not be worn. Refunds will only be given under special circumstances.
In the rare event of an item arriving to you in faulty condition, please make contact immediately.
If you have received an item that is faulty, the repair will be of no charge to the customer. All items come with a 3 month warranty against manufacturing faults.
If an item has been damaged through wear and tear/misuse and requires repairing, please contact directly for a quote.
Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault.
Jewellery is delicate and should be handled carefully.
To care for your jewellery, avoid contact with all personal care products, chlorine and excessive heat. Some silver jewellery may tarnish from perspiration and acidity in the skin.
To bring shine back to your piece and remove tarnish, a high quality silver cloth is recommended.
